Beyer Business Solutions draws on more than fifty years of the founders experience working in the supply chain area. Some of this was with the well known consulting firms like SAP, Deloitte, IBM, Cap Gemini, Dickinson & Associates, Navasite, Clarkston, and Ernst & Young. This includes almost thirty years of working with the SAP ERP software and more than forty different SAP projects (see Experience below). Before that, there were many lessons learned and users helped doing many different supply chain jobs. We share this experience with our customers in a very positive way, as evidenced by being extended on projects and invited back for more work. The next generation of Beyer's are continuing this legacy. We hope to work with you soon.

Lactalis Heritage Dairy S/4 Hana - May 2023 – June 2024
· One of several SD consultants on the Order to Cash team to implement S/4 Hana functionality for a new business that Lactalis American Group bought from the Kraft-Heinz food company.

· Led OTC team on S/4 Hana project to migrate an acquired company from Oracle into SAP

· Analyst for Pre - S4 Hana project to analyze data and requirements needed to implement Business Partner functionality, a pre-requisite for going live with S4 Hana.
· Analyzed Customer and Vendor Address data, outputs, interfaces, and programs to evaluate the work effort and tasks required to create and implement a Lilly standard address format.
Ferrara Candy Company – November 2018 – December 2018
· Developed pricing functionality to enhance current discount strategy for various customer groups.
· Worked with cross-functional team to implement and go-live with a new distribution channel and method to fulfill customer orders for the Ferrara products via Amazon web site.
· Worked on and resolved many old problem tickets by analyzing and cleaning up incorrect and/or missing master data.
Williams – International January 2018 – October 2018
· A & D project doing Post Go-Live production support for this company making jet engines and related products.
· Supported functionality in the OTC area related to government contracts, customer portal, pricing, revenue sharing, Quality Management, equipment master, service orders, customer owned property, serial number, project & WBS element, billing plan, custom outputs & reports, e-mail outputs, & available to promise.
· Developed functionality to provide shipment information for customer portal.
· Created queries & tools to assist with mass data uploads for customer owned property process.
Abbott Laboratories October 2017 – January 2018
· Supported developers with installing custom security enhancements to protect against unauthorized viewing of personal medical patient data in OTC, Materials Management, and Quality Management.
· Tested hundreds of transactions and recorded the results in Hewlett Packard Application Lifecycle management software set (HP ALM).
· Assisted users with testing of transactions and documentation of testing results.

· Designed and implementing reports to identify missing intercompany pricing conditions and missing cost data, before the invoices are created.
· Resolved many production support issues for this SAP S/4HANA environment.

· Reduced manual effort by 60 % for multiple users in sales and purchasing.

· SD SAP support for a Greenfield (brand new) implementation of SAP S4 in the Cloud, including Hana and Simple Finance for Toyota Export parts division.
· Gathered requirements and designed a solution for a Toyota manufacturing plant to replace an existing external labeling system with a process totally within SAP.
· Led meetings to define ‘As Is Peoplesoft’ business processes, and convert to ‘SAP to Be’ processes.

· Led project to implement improvements for Credit processing for hundreds of customers.
· IT lead for a Six Sigma project for ATP configuration in all US plants, to improve reliability of dates and service to dealers.
· Implemented new process for dealers to order Mining equipment via the same dealer portal that they use to order CAT legacy equipment
· Managed quarterly SOX audits for SAP controls in SD, MM, PP, and FI areas.
· IT lead for a Six Sigma project to replace existing forecasting, inventory, and ordering process for parts assemblies with Sales BOM Kit functionality. This reduced lead times and resulted in cost savings due to significantly reduced inventory investment.

· Supported Avaya and AMC technology linked to SAP for CRM CIC call routing, and resolved daily problems involving these systems.

· Designed logic for a report to analyze chargeback transactions. Used EDI 852 Inventory data, 844 Chargeback pricing data, 867 Fee for Service, and total sales data as inputs.
· Configured revenue and reconciliation account determination for new enterprise structure.
· Did Q/A testing for all revised SD outputs and account determination.
